Lockdown Entertainment – photography

Good morning or afternoon should I say, I don’t know about you but the last 4 weeks or so have been long. And going out has been a real issue. I’m not currently going to go into the difficulties we face at present, I don’t feel capable of writing a blog on how to handle this as I myself am still figuring that out. That said I am trying to find ways to stay creative and entertain myself, so let’s call that self-care and go from there.

I love photography, last week when I thought I’d broken my camera I was devastated, but it’s okay, it’s not busted. I decided to take my normal macro work and add a little fun, much like some of the earlier work I did before I had a DSLR and was just using my phone.

First off, meet Farmer John, we found him in the rubbish, perhaps dropped or thrown away, I’m not sure which. He was in a pitiful state and we had no idea who he belonged to so we looked after him. Here he is, tending to the garden.

Then we moved onto Dave the Zombie, he’d took us on a tour of the house.

What have you been doing to keep yourself entertained lately?

Mum, wife, perpetual student, freelance writer, weight loss coach, artist and occasionally model. I love to try new things, I love to write and I love studying and researching. Never thought I'd see the day that studying became something I enjoyed, but here we are. My blog is where I put my thoughts, I also plan to start a blog of short stories, with a new prompt for each story.
